Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Traydrop Operator and Weight Control combo operator to join our Utah production team. This position runs 10‑hour shifts, 4 days a week, with responsibilities including weighing, line setup, and ensuring proper startup and shutdown procedures.

Qualifications

• Be able to bend, push, pull and move pallets.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally.

• Work overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestlé factory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjust weights; troubleshoot other problems as necessary.
• Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Ensure proper start-up at shift start and proper shutdown at shift end.
• Inspect machine for proper assembly, safety guards, cleanliness, foreign objects, worn or damaged parts, and loose bolts or nuts.
• Set up machine quickly to ensure product is ready at line start-up.
• Enter weights into the computer and monitor weights during shift.
• Ensure product being run is Code 10.
• Calculate yield and notify Team Leader of unfavorable reports.
• Operate the traydrop.
• Order trays and consume pallets in Globe.
• Avoid line downtime and take appropriate action to avoid jams/downtime.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Nestle is hiring for Traydrop Operator and Weight Control combo operator position. This position is a 10 hr production operator rotating 10 hr shifts/4 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities are as follows:
Adjusts weights; trouble shoots other problems as necessary.
Ensures that all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
Ensures proper start-up at first of shift and after breaks and proper shutdown at shift end.
Inspects machine for proper assembly, proper placement of safety guards, cleanliness, foreign objects, worn or damaged parts, and loose bolts or nuts prior to start of shift. Sets-up machine quickly to ensure product will be ready to go at line start-up.
Enter weights into the computer and monitor weights throughout the shift.
Ensures that product being run is Code 10.
Calculates yield and notifies Team Leader of any unfavorable reports.
Operates the traydrop
Orders trays and consumes pallets in Globe.
Avoid line downtime and take appropriate action to avoid jams/downtime.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
