About The Role

In this position, you will:

  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee and provide training to Pre-Site, Procurement, and Warehouse personnel.
  • Manage pre-production activities and promptly address mechanical issues.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings to review pre-production concerns and drive solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction and performance management for direct reports, including hiring, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Implement cross-training opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and ensure business continuity.
  • Foster strong vendor relationships and manage partnerships with local dealers.
  • Maintain company fleet vehicles and forklifts in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively addressing departmental needs.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in management and/or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior leadership experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Working knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations preferred.
  • Project Management certification (PM) preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally and work in varied environmental conditions (heat/cold).
  • Combination of office work and on-site fieldwork at job sites.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels in office settings; fieldwork may involve higher noise levels.
