Green City Growers, an ESOP-owned urban farming company in Somerville, MA, is seeking a Production Farm Manager to lead multiple small-scale farms across New England. The role is year-round, full-time, with a mix of hands-on farming and leadership duties, including guiding a team of urban farmers and ensuring efficiency and quality.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of farming experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work on-site with potentially long days and early mornings.

Full Time: Year-Round, 40 Hours/Week
Wage Range: $55,000-$65,000 a year

Green City Growers, or GCG, is growing and needs a Production Farm Manager to oversee and manage new Production Farmers for multiple small-scale production farms around New England. This position is year-round and full time and involves both hands-on farming tasks as well as leadership duties, including guiding a team of urban farmers and ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the farms. The role requires a strong understanding of annual vegetable production, leading farmers across multiple sites, balancing efficiency and quality, and is excited to take the best of large-scale agricultural practices and apply them to small-scale farms.
