Job summary

InkPixi in Grove City, PA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our production and fulfillment facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and maintain the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems beneficial.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Ability to work independently and respond to urgent needs.
Team communication and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment; perform repairs as needed.
Support maintenance of digital printing equipment, conveyors, dryers, and other production machinery.
Diagnose malfunctions and minimize downtime; coordinate with external technicians when needed.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and schedules.
Perform general building maintenance, including minor repairs and inspections.
Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and workspace modifications.
Keep tools and parts inventory organized and up to date.
