Job summary

Prysmian USA is seeking a hands-on production operator for our McKinney, TX campus. You will set up, run, and monitor CNC machinery, ensuring safe, high-quality output while hitting daily targets.

You’ll perform checks, adjust settings, follow lockout/tagout and 5S housekeeping, and participate in safety trainings. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and teamwork on a fast-paced manufacturing line.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull repeatedly.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to meet safe, high-quality output.
• Set up machines to specification and perform checks and adjustments.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Document results and participate in safety audits and trainings.
• Apply 5 Why/root-cause methods to reduce scrap and rework.
