Job summary

The role offers starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour with a $2.00 night shift differential, and 12-hour day/night schedules with overtime as needed.

You will set up machines, perform inspections, document production, and follow safety policies. Manufacturing experience and basic math/reading skills are preferred, along with strong attention

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Set up machines according to specifications.
• Perform inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
