Responsibilities

• Supervise the Huntsman Production Engineers team and evaluate performance.
• Act as technical advisor to the Senior Operations Manager.
• Lead day-to-day production engineering activities and front-end process functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for process improvements and plant reviews.
• Develop process justifications and prepare management presentations.
