The DBBU Production Engineering Supervisor will supervise and support the Production Project Engineers and Technologists. The Project Engineering team's main responsibility is to provide advanced engineering support to the operations team in the Delaware Basin. Their primary focus is enhancing operating margins through innovative strategies and reliability advancement. This role requires a strong project management background and the ability to effectively lead analyzation of large datasets from multiple sources to assess the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs and predictive analytics. The candidate will be expected to create a proactive environment for continuous improvement, contributing to the advancement of the DBBU PFIC Roadmap and achieving goals through collaboration with asset teams, base production, and field staff.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (petroleum, chemical, mechanical, or civil)
Requires a minimum of 7 years of related Oil & Gas experience
