Job summary

Exxon Mobil in Williston, ND is seeking a Production Engineering Supervisor to lead the production engineering team, align with safety and standards, and balance operational execution with strategic goals.

Qualifications

B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
5-15 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects with shifting priorities.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead production engineering team to deliver safety, business controls, Operations Integrity and Standards of Business Conduct requirements.
Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize outcomes and productivity.
Provide career development guidance and mentoring to direct reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, partners, and communities.
Drive improvements and innovation to deliver results.
