Job summary

You will rotate through phases such as construction, pipeline installation, flowback, workover, ARO and production operations, culminating in an end-of-rotation presentation that demonstrates your growth.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate in engineering with 1+ year of relevant coursework.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, petroleum).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced field and office environment with a multi-facetted team.
• Basic understanding of oil and gas production operations from well to sales point.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Extreme ownership mentality.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily engagements with teams and team members to meet learning targets and tasks.
• Complete weekly engagements with mentor to discuss progress and next steps.
• Complete milestones and rotate through production operations phases (construction / pipeline installation / flowback / workover / ARO / production operations).
• Work with subject matter experts to review API / ASME documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with intern team to host a cross-training event highlighting production operation concepts.
• Prepare and present an end-of-rotation presentation aligned with mentor vision and developed skills.
