Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–3+ years in production or manufacturing engineering.
Experience with assembly-line setup and process optimization.
Familiarity with manufacturing automation and robotics.
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor).
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize assembly sequences and production flow.
Design and implement warehouse/logistics automation.
Specify and commission production equipment.
Support new product introduction and DFM reviews.
Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
Create SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA documentation.
