Responsibilities

Monitor, evaluate, and optimize production performance across unconventional assets.
Plan and execute well interventions and artificial lift management.
Lead cost tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with reservoir, drilling, facilities, and safety teams; ensure HSE compliance and reporting.
