RTX is seeking an engineer for production support at a U.S. site near Tinker AFB. The role requires a technical degree, at least two years in engineering/manufacturing, and willingness to work early shifts and weekends. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.

The role involves interpreting technical data, defining repair scopes, approving control documents, and ensuring correct engine hardware configuration. Strong data skills with Excel/VBA/SQL/Power BI are valued.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree required; degrees in a technical or engineering disciplines are preferred.
• A minimum 2 years of engineering and/or manufacturing experience OR Master’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college/university with no experience
• Must be willing to work 1st shift (0700-1600), as well as extra time including weekends as necessary to ensure completion of assigned tasks; you may be called in off-hours to answer job-related questions.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Previous gas turbine compressor experience
• Experience in Aerospace manufacturing and assembly processes
• Green Belt Six Sigma Certification or Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Experience in various computer software and administrative abilities
• Experience with data mining & manipulation with Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
