Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the Compression Systems Engineering group on site in Jupiter, Florida. You will coordinate with Integrated Product Team Leads, drive supplier resources to meet milestones, and participate in engine build and test validation activities.

The role requires a Mechanical/Aerospace degree with 5+ years of engineering experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, and US citizenship.

Qualifications You Must Have

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Prior Project Engineering experience or equivalent
  • Prior demonstrated successful experience utilizing Agile methodology
  • Previous gas turbine compressor experience
  • Trained CAM & Proficiency with Teamcenter, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or other scheduling software and SAP
  • The ability to craft clear communication and build positive relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and execute several components of complex tasks

Compression Systems Engineering (CSE)

Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design, development, and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. CSE is responsible for the identification and maturation of new technologies for these products.

Technical disciplines in CSE include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, and Product Definition.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
