Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Knowledge of high-pressure fluids, clean rooms, and electronic test equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with LabVIEW / data acquisition hardware.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills for multi-level interactions.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office/PC experience.

Responsibilities

• Design new systems and processes for introduction of new products or improvements.
• Develop and maintain testing policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to automation efforts across assembly & test areas.
• Investigate, assess and resolve production issues.
• Implement improvements to current operations to improve efficiency.
• Communicate with suppliers to procure equipment.
• Assemble and test production hardware.
• Analyze equipment layout and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Define and monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Create, maintain, and refine manufacturing documentation.
• Define safe tooling and fixtures for operations.
