Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Engage with the project manager department to gather project information for upcoming fabrication.
- Drawing Analysis: Review and analyze drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications and internal processes.
- Material and Labor Take-Offs: Utilize company software to perform detailed material and labor take-offs.
- Scheduling: Assist in schedule coordination and development with plant managers and project managers.
- Fabrication Coordination: Assist in coordinating fabrication drawings and reports as well as work performed in the shop.
- Field Issue Resolution: Work with onsite subcontractors to identify and resolve field issues.
- Fabrication Shop Experience: Gain hands‑on experience with the fabrication flow and production processes, deepening your understanding of the entire construction lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements
Major:Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Required:Microsoft Office experience, common computer skills. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:Some experience in the construction or engineering industry through work, internships, or part‑time employment.
