Job summary

OTT HydroMet, a Veralto company, is hiring a Production Engineer II in Fort Collins, CO, onsite. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while advancing your engineering career in a world-class manufacturing setting.

You’ll lead root cause investigations, design efficient production cells and workflows, and support MRB and calibration activities to sustain high product quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience solving manufacturing, production, or product-related problems in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing manufacturing data and implementing corrective actions that improve process performance.
• Experience supporting production operations, manufacturing processes, or production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Support production operations by identifying and resolving manufacturing, quality, and material-related issues that impact output.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions that improve long-term process performance.
• Design and improve production cells, fixtures, and manufacturing workflows to increase reliability and throughput.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to eliminate waste and improve manufacturing performance.
• Support MRB activities and defect reduction initiatives.
• Manage equipment calibration activities to ensure consistent product quality and measurement accuracy.
• Contribute to productivity and gross margin improvement projects that reduce manufacturing costs and improve operational results.
