Job summary

OTT HydroMet, a Veralto company, is seeking a Manufacturing NPI Engineer III to bridge Product Development and Production. You will design scalable processes, tooling, and production methods to enable successful product launches and efficient ramp-up.

Reporting to the Production Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations to ensure manufacturability, serviceability, and long-term production readiness across Fort Collins, Colorado, on-site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, or related experience.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, or manufacturing transfers.
• Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and process engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from concept through full production release.
• Partner with R&D to ensure manufacturability and quality for long-term production success.
• Design scalable manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production methods for new products.
• Drive readiness activities, process validation, and ramp-up efforts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to establish standards.
