About the Role

The primary responsibility is to champion data integrity to ensure an efficient flow of production data through the SAP system, ensuring uninterrupted product supply. The Production Engineer will handle plant and production performance reporting, including equipment efficiency, uptime, downtime, CAPEX, and trend analysis. The role also involves being an SAP Super User and Data Gatekeeper, overseeing administrative workflows, material creation, and inventory management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Promote safety and environmental policies, fostering a safety culture.
• Compile production data, create process orders, validate entries, and review sites. Adjust production schedules as needed.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, support SAP PM, and maintain master data for recipes, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with SAP inventories, provide technical support to production teams, and support special projects.
• Work with plant managers to improve inventory and production forecasting.
• Support procurement, inventory reconciliation, and coordinate with logistics and quality departments.
• Obtain drone pilot license and validate SAP inventory through site flyovers.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience

Field of Study: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 3+ years

Skills: SAP, TIS, Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements

Adherence to safety protocols and PPE use, including being clean shaven for respirator fit tests.
