Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in engineering or engineering technology.
• University must have HLC/ABET accreditation.
• Degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Control, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead reductions in unplanned downtime and drive continuous improvement for mass production and new equipment.
• Support manufacturing feasibility studies for design changes and new designs.
• Implement engineering changes and maintain current product drawings.
• Lead cost reduction and waste reduction activities.
• Coordinate equipment installations and process preparation for new launches.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Manage facility planning, procurement, and maintenance activities.
• Provide training for manufacturing equipment and processes.
