Job summary

At Work Cincy in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Production Engineer to join our on-site team, creating AutoCAD 2D shop drawings and precise documentation for retail signage, fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, and interior décor.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and collaboration with production and project teams to ensure designs are manufacturable. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD 2D drafting experience or certification.
• Experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, or interior décor drawings.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and MS Office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural plans and site surveys.
• Prepare production drawings for retail fixtures, signage, cabinetry, millwork, and décor.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with strong AutoCAD 2D drafting skills to create shop drawings and technical documentation for retail signage, fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, and interior décor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural plans, elevations, renderings, and site surveys.
• Prepare production drawings for retail fixtures, signage, cabinetry, millwork, and décor.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable.
• Troubleshoot drawing/product issues and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Required: AutoCAD 2D experience/certification in architectural, mechanical, or engineering drafting.
• Preferred: Experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, interior décor/designs, or construction drawings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

• 100% on-site at the Fairfield, OH office.
• Start time between 7:00–8:30 AM, Monday–Friday.
• U.S. work authorization required.
