Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Fairfield, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with strong AutoCAD 2D drafting skills to create shop drawings and technical documentation for retail signage, fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, and interior décor.

This 100% on-site, full-time salaried role offers a start time of 7:00–8:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 based on experience and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD 2D drafting experience/certification in architectural, mechanical, or engineering drafting
• Experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, interior décor/designs, or construction drawings preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft Office experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Create detailed AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural plans, elevations, renderings, and site surveys
• Prepare production drawings for retail fixtures, signage, cabinetry, millwork, and décor
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable
• Troubleshoot drawing/product issues and manage multiple projects and deadlines
