Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Engineer in Fremont, CA to support safe and efficient production of advanced materials. You will act as a technical resource for Operations, optimizing plant performance and solving complex problems.

The role focuses on understanding plant chemistry and operations, tracking KPIs, and driving improvements. A Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and experience in process/production engineering are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in process or production engineering; project engineering knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with process safety and hazardous chemicals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for plant operations to optimize production and safety.
• Monitor KPI performance and track OEE to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, R&D, Process Development, Engineering, Quality and HSE.
• Lead small improvement projects and update plant documentation.
