Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and knowledge of process or production engineering.
• Experience with KPI tracking, process safety, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals and plant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource for operations to optimize plant performance and safety.
• Monitor KPIs, track gaps to goals, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support documentation updates including SOPs and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, R&D, Process Development, Engineering, Quality and HSE teams.
