Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Fremont, CA is seeking a Production Technician to safely operate chemical processes, meet daily quality and production goals, and work in a collaborative team environment. The role includes 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends and holidays, with a base pay of $34.50 per hour plus a night shift differential, and an annual bonus up to 5%.

Travel is 0–5% based on business needs. The successful candidate will assist with SOPs, learning resources, and cross-training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear full-face respirator and enter Level A/SAR environments.
• Medical clearance to wear respirator required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Rotate shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates safety-first attitude and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates chemical processes to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Prioritizes daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
• Participates in monthly safety meetings and promotes safe work environment.
• Reviews/updates Standard Operating Procedures and Learning Resources.
• Completes training and cross-trains peers on approved functions.
• Assembles/disassembles production equipment and performs basic maintenance.
• Contributes to emergency response activities.
