Actalent is seeking a Production Engineer to drive structured process improvements, standardize production processes, and support operational performance in a fast-growing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and delivery reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The position is fully on-site in Hebron, KY, with typical daytime hours and a focus on hands-on development of equipment, tooling, and training materials for production staff.
The Production Engineer advances operational performance by driving structured process improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery reliability, and overall efficiency. This role develops and standardizes production processes, supports daily operations, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational objectives. The Production Engineer also plays a key role in equipment implementation, cross‑functional collaboration, and employee development within a rapidly growing engineering team.
This role is fully on‑site, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position operates within a lean manufacturing environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Production Engineer works closely with production teams, leadership, and cross‑functional partners in a hands‑on setting that includes interaction with manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and automation systems. The environment supports a collaborative culture where open communication, structured problem solving, and ongoing process optimization are central to daily operations.
Permanent position based out of Hebron, KY.
The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.

This is a fully onsite position in Hebron, KY.
