6AM City, LLC is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor in Norwich, CT.

You’ll champion safety, quality, and productivity while partnering across Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to deliver exceptional results for our customers, with strong opportunities for career growth and professional development.

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
