Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to join the team to help build rack, run benchmark tests, and troubleshoot the customized HPC/AI/Cloud infrastructure related products for our customers. Including the in-house total solution implementation and the on-site HPC project deployment. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and security.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Set up Server/Network/software Configuration.
  • Write customized automation scripts to increase system efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Monitor and benchmark test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
  • Draft and maintain technical documentations including drawing/diagram.
  • Provide on-site software deployment/customer acceptance verification test.
Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux based environments.
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Python, Perl).
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
  • Solid language programming knowledge.
  • Experience with workload/Resource Managers (e.g., any of Torque, PBS, Slurm).
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization.
  • Travel required for on-site projects.
Salary Range

$82,000 - $133,000. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
