Kaisha Service is seeking a manufacturing engineer to support day-to-day MOB operations across North America, focusing on tire and wheel assembly equipment. You will help manage projects, coordinate between suppliers and on-site staff, and ensure on-schedule progress from planning to completion.
The role requires strong engineering skills, CAD (AutoCAD) capability, and bilingual Japanese/English communication. Travel is expected 30–40% as needed in the North American region.

Supports engineering aspects of day-to-day MOB operations, mainly tire and wheel assembly operations. The role ensures continuous and safe operation of the production equipment across all plants in North America.
Supports managing engineering aspects of equipment related projects and ensures smooth communications between equipment suppliers and local staff/contractors and assures on schedule progress and completion of the entirety of the project from the planning and preparations to confirmation of completed equipment.
