Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• Active Interim or Secret security clearance.
• 5–10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production and supplier-related technical issues, including troubleshooting failures and coordinating corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot complex circuit card assemblies, electronic hardware, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Diagnose hardware failures using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, and other test equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics and BoMs to guide troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Develop and document troubleshooting, corrective action, and final resolution plans.
• Communicate plans and status updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
