Job summary

Simons is seeking a Production Editor for Children's Publishing to oversee scheduling, trafficking, and editorial work across picture books, middle-grade, teen fiction, nonfiction, and graphic novels.

You will manage production timelines, copyedit and proofread, and supervise freelance editors to ensure accuracy and timely publication across 45–60 titles per year. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Mac and Adobe InDesign are required.

Qualifications
