Title: Production Director
Purpose
Support the church's purpose of helping people put Jesus First in their lives by leading the Production areas at Forest Park. The Production Director should live a life that reflects the heart of Jesus, leading team members to Know, Grow, Show and Go for Jesus. The Production Director is to be a contributing leader to both campuses, working closely with church leadership ensuring Production is aligned with the mission and vision of the church.

The Production Director plays an important role in establishing a Jesus First culture in their area of ministry responsibility among volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of all Production elements on Sunday mornings at Joplin Campus, including live audio, lighting, ProPresenter, Broadcast audio, cameras, and livestreaming.
- Maintain knowledge of all production equipment and their age, with plans to monitor efficacy of equipment and also to replace when necessary. Knowledge of current systems is not mandatory, but encouraged. Current systems include Dante networking, Allen&Heath audio, ProPresenter, Hog lighting systems, BlackMagic video, Canon cameras, and RESI livestreaming.
- Assist the Worship Pastor at Carthage campus in Production areas, including production strategy, alignment, and vision.
- Manage the Production budget; plan and leverage resources for future production equipment needs/upgrades
- Aid in the creation of content for website, social media, etc.
- Provide AVL support for all applicable events, both on and off campus
- Ensure production is in working order and set up for various events/services
- Cultivate and maintain a culture where production team members are valued and equipped to serve the church.
- Manage sermon audio upload for the website and podcast
- Set up and maintain production systems that best serve those on the platform, those running the systems, and those who are in the worship center during services.
- Lead regular lead team meetings within the Production team with the goal of gaining buy-in from team members and building trust and report to further ministry endeavors.
- Administer responsibilities and roles to various team members as they show interest in serving.
- Recruit and train new volunteers for the Production team.
- Disciple and spiritually encourage team members to grow closer in their relationship with Jesus.
