VantagePoint Church in Eastvale, California, is seeking a high-capacity Production Director to lead and elevate every aspect of production ministry across our growing church.

We are a multi-site church reaching thousands each weekend, committed to excellence and innovation while creating environments that help people encounter Jesus. The role focuses on leading production operations, developing volunteers, and partnering with campus leadership to shape the future of production ministry.

Qualifications

• Experience leading church production, live events, or similar environments.
• Strong ability to design and program lighting for live venues.
• Proficiency with audio, video, and broadcast systems in a church setting.
• Demonstrated success building and leading volunteer teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of church production: audio, video, lighting, broadcast, cameras, AVL systems.
• Oversee production for weekend services, events, conferences, and gatherings.
• Recruit, train, and develop production volunteers and leaders.
• Collaborate with Worship, Creative, Communications, and Campus teams to create exceptional experiences.
• Maintain and improve production systems, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Help shape production ministry as the church grows.

VantagePoint Church is looking for a high-capacity Production Director to lead and elevate every aspect of production ministry across our growing church.

VantagePoint is a multi-site church reaching more than 3,000 people each weekend and is passionate about helping people find and follow Jesus. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and creating environments that remove distractions and point people toward Christ.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all aspects of church production, including audio, video, lighting, broadcast, cameras, and AVL systems.
• Oversee production for weekend services, special events, conferences, worship nights, and ministry gatherings.
• Recruit, train, and develop production volunteers and team leaders.
• Partner with Worship, Creative, Communications, and Campus leaders to create exceptional experiences.
• Maintain and improve production systems, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Help shape the future of production ministry as VantagePoint continues to grow and expand.

• Has proven experience leading church production, live events, or technical production environments.
• Is highly skilled in audio, video, lighting, and live production systems.

• Brings both technical excellence and strong leadership ability.
