Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory or line progression experience in an industrial/production setting.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tracking.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide trainings, leadership, and motivation to staff.
• Attend meetings and complete all trainings as assigned.
• Participate on interview panels and monitor staff attendance.
• Report KPIs to company executives and send month-end reports.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards and drive continuous improvement.
