Job summary

Vale Concepts in Seattle, WA is seeking a Production Specialist to run syrup and tincture production and to deliver finished products to cafes and carts. The role blends hands-on manufacturing with on-the-road delivery responsibilities.

You will maintain strict safety and sanitation standards while preparing beverage bases, packaging, and logistics. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Food Safety Knowledge (FDA regulations)
• Experience in kitchen production or food manufacturing preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail in measuring ingredients

Responsibilities

• Operate matcha brewing and syrup production equipment according to safety standards
• Assist with bottling, labeling, and packaging of syrups and tinctures
• Deliver finished products to cafes and carts using company vehicle
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of production area and equipment
• Track inventory of raw ingredients and perform basic recipe calculations
