Job summary

Oleon in Conroe, Texas is seeking a Delivery Coordinator / Production Planner to optimize the flow of information between supply chain, production, and purchasing. You will consolidate the order book, capacity, and supplies to create aligned plant schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in delivery coordination or procurement, SAP ERP/MRP experience, and OTMs familiarity. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to improve on-time delivery.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in delivery coordination, supply chain, or procurement.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Knowledge of Transportation Management System (OTM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between supply chain, production, process, and purchasing to streamline information flow.
Assemble order book, available supplies, and installation capacity to finetune the plant schedule in Conroe.
Provide regular updates on delivery coordination and status for incoming shipments.
Support coordination with production teams to align delivery schedules with labor and raw materials needs.
Be an active proponent in improving on time delivery.
Collaborate with purchasing/supply chain to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
