Job summary

Taylor Guitars in El Cajon, California, is seeking motivated manufacturing team members who are passionate about handcrafted products and continuous improvement in a casual environment.

Day shift runs Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm. Night shift offers evening hours with wage options: $17.00/hour for night shift production work and $18.00/hour for the other night shift role. This is an on-site production position supporting our skilled teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and materials handling.
• Ability to read and interpret information.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report issues.
• Assist team to meet daily output goals.

Night Shift Production Wage:$18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of how to use equipment and materials properly.
• Skill of operating machinery and tools in a safe manner.
• Skill of working with hands effectively.
• Ability to be trained in Production procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret written information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to get along with others and to work well in a team environment

Qualifications

EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:Knowledge of how to use equipment and materials properly. Skill of operating machinery and tools in a safe manner. Ability to be trained in machine operation.
