Job summary

AZEK Exteriors is seeking a professional and organized Production Clerk to join our team. This role will support the Production Supervisor by managing production data, updating records in the accounting system, monitoring line status, and generating labels to ensure accurate inventory control.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping or clerical experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or clerical experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with pivot tables and formulas.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production metrics using accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Update and reconcile production and inventory records with physical counts.
• Identify and report discrepancies in data to the Production Supervisor.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules for assigned areas.
• Provide real-time production updates to improve efficiency.
• Perform data entry and routine clerical tasks with accuracy.
• Generate production labels and maintain product data.
