Qualifications

• Proficiency using computer software for data entry, record-keeping, and communication (SAP/DMS).
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to production, inventory, or scheduling.
• Demonstrated work history and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and reporting of ingredients, raw material usage, and inventories into the ERP system daily.
• Support inventory control activities with daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Review and resolve material inventory variances in ECC for receiving, mix/blend and filling operations.
• Investigate and communicate material usage discrepancies with leadership.
• Monitor system functionality and resolve data entry errors to prevent delays.
• Record daily production volume and validate OEE for daily/weekly plans.
• Assist leadership in developing training materials and updating procedures.
• Use SAP tools to discover insights and improve processes.
• Perform general clerical duties and support audits.
