Job summary

Constellium Ravenswood is seeking a Production Analyst to ensure timely flow of accurate information for data-driven decisions across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will distill and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable options for leadership.

You will collaborate with IT and CI to develop new tools, participate in plant-wide improvement projects, and support production planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering (other Engineering disciplines considered).
• 2–3 years relevant work experience in an industrial setting (operations data analytics, production planning, production scheduling, operations supervision, process improvement).
• Demonstrated ability to simulate and resolve complex supply chain problems using Excel or similar tools (Pivot tables, macro programming, database queries).

Responsibilities

• Perform wide data analysis: order book, demand, KPI trends, quality, logistics, and material flows.
• Maintain and enhance supply chain data tools and analytics platforms (Excel, PowerBI, SAP).
• Support production units with data collection, interpretation, and analysis; back up production planning when needed.
