Job summary

4over is seeking an Assistant Cutting (Jogger) Operator to support the lead in setup, adjustment and safe operation of cutting equipment. You will ensure product is jogged, measured, and prepared to meet customer specifications while following company policies and procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year in manufacturing. Shift is 1st, Monday to Friday, with early start times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Six-months to one-year related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Proficient communication in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and jog paper in preparation for cutting.
• Maintain a constant flow of product to the cutting section.
• Liaise with cutter operators to ensure efficient workflow.
• Update the cutting log and maintain safety standards.
• Wear PPE and report hazards or injuries promptly.
