Position Summary:

As a key member of our organization, the Night Production Cutter prepares specialty cuts of meat efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
• Cut product to meet customer specifications
• Transport finished product to packaging line using carts
• Weigh products for compliance with specifications
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Handle products properly, report damages immediately
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (HACCP, OSHA, GMP)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
