Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Texas is seeking a production associate to support the safe, efficient manufacture of precast concrete products in an industrial setting. You will join a team performing form stripping, mold preparation, basic carpentry, and routine facility maintenance.

The role is non-exempt and requires a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A strong teamwork mindset and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Summary
