Job summary

Fourth Floor, a wholesale apparel company, seeks a Production & Costing Coordinator to manage day-to-day costing coordination and data maintenance across divisions in New York. You will review FOB confirmations, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with teams to resolution, ensuring accurate costing in RLM, SAP and PLM.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in costing/production in apparel, strong numerical accuracy, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in costing, production, sourcing, merchandising or apparel industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy with numbers and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Working knowledge of RLM, SAP and/or PLM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day costing coordination and data maintenance across assigned divisions.
• Review final FOB confirmations for accuracy, identify discrepancies and follow through with the appropriate teams to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely costing information in RLM, SAP and PLM.
• Update PLM with allocations and ensure bulk and PPS placements are entered once costing and production dates are finalized.
• Maintain active factory lists and coordinate vendor master forms, ensuring required information is complete and accurate.
• Review factory evaluation documentation for completeness prior to submission to the Compliance Department.
• Track outstanding costing information and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and maintain costing reports, files and supporting documentation.

• Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
