Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Associate degree (or equivalent) preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in related field required.
• Knowledge of material movement or material flow preferred.
• Leadership and strong communication skills required.
• Experience reading/scheduling progress with MS Project or Primavera (P6).
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• EVM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate schedule requirements to Production.
• Monitor project progress for all projects, especially high-value/high-priority ones.
• Drive Production to achieve baseline dates for all projects.
• Perform random schedule audits to verify shop floor progress.
• Provide root cause analysis and assist with recovery plans when schedules lag.
