• Performs cycle counting and inventory adjustments.
• Maintains YAM records and related production data.
• Creates and maintains production/shipping packets.
• Revises product costing as needed.
• Generates regular and special reports.

Job Summary

The Production Coordinator is responsible for compiling records and reports on various aspects of a plant’s production activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares production reports on plant activity.
• Maintains inventory of production-related items and supplies as required.
• Prepares reports regarding production downtime for payroll as required.
• Requests new product codes as required.
• Verifies that production sheets are properly numbered and logged.
• Prepares cycle count/inventory adjustments as required.
• Performs cycle counting activities and assists with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintains and updates YAM records and related production data as required.
• Creates and maintains black boxes and related documentation to support production and inventory processes.
• Creates Production / Shipping Packets.
• Revises product costing as required.
• Prepares regular and special reports as required.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with experience in business or office procedures
• Minimum six months of experience in an office environment
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation & Benefit Information

Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
