Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations at the St. Paul, MN site.

You will help plan, organize, and track production activities to meet schedules and quality goals, working closely with production, materials, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, 2+ years in manufacturing or operations, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, scheduling, or operations support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules to support on-time completion of manufacturing goals.
• Monitor workflow, production status, and material availability to minimize delays.
• Communicate schedule changes and production updates to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Track production output, downtime, shortages, and other key metrics.
• Ensure work orders are closed and identify roadblocks for completion.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and system data.
• Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability.
• Assist with capacity planning and labor allocation based on demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedures; participate in continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports for leadership and support audits and general admin tasks.
