Confidential, based in New York, is seeking a Production Associate to coordinate production of ladies accessories and travel items. The role requires daily communication with overseas factories in China, order entry, and collaboration with Sales to relay crucial production details.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in ladies accessories production and 3–5 years with specialty chain requirements, audits, and ticketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years production experience in ladies accessories.
• 3–5 years experience with specialty chain requirements, testing, audits, ticketing and approval samples.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with overseas factories.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas factories in China daily.
• Follow up on deliveries with factories.
• Enter factory purchase orders.
• Work with Sales to collect information for factories.
