Qualifications

• Successfully completed training in a skilled trade supplemented by a master craftsman or technician.
• Experience in a production environment with knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills and a transparent way of working.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise a smooth production process in coordination with other production areas.
• Monitor effectiveness of production processes and availability of auxiliary materials.
• Support the station manager in recording and documenting additional work.
