Job summary

DAHER Industrial Services sucht eine/n Koordinator/in für die technische Abstimmung und Logistik rund um Flugzeuge und deren Komponenten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Fertigung, Logistik und Kundenschnittstellen zusammen, um termingerecht Informationen, Teile und Zugänge bereitzustellen.

Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung, kommunizieren sicher auf Englisch und bringen Organisationstalent sowie Problemlösungskompetenz mit.

Qualifications

• Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
• Führungserfahrung und Teamkoordination
• Projekterfahrung im Luftfahrtumfeld vorteilhaft

Responsibilities

• Teilnahme an SHO-Meetings für eingehende Flugzeuge und Aktualisierung des Folios in ACPNG
• Prüfung der Übereinstimmung von Arbeitsaufträgen mit Referenzdokumenten und Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
• Planung und Steuerung von Arbeitsaufträgen entsprechend Prioritäten, Flugzeugzugang und Lieferzeiten
• Koordination mit relevanten Abteilungen (Bereitstellung, Fertigungstechnik, Logistik, DAHER-Abteilungen) für zeitnahe Bereitstellung von Informationen, Lösungen, Teilen, Werkzeugen und Zugängen
• Verfolgung offener Punkte für das zugewiesene Flugzeug täglich und Statusaktualisierung in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD
• Sicherstellung termingerechter Abschluss offener Punkte zur Erreichung der Kundenziele und EOW
• Berichterstattung über Fortschritte an Kunden, Schnittstellen zum Kunden und FAL
• Vorbereitung und Präsentation der Flugzeugübergabe

Your tasks

• Attend Section Hand Over (SHO) meetings for incoming aircraft and update the folio in ACPNG


• Check the conformity of work orders according to generic and specific reference documents and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards


• Schedule and steer work orders in line with priority plans, aircraft access, availability, and customer lead time requirements


• Coordinate with all relevant parties (e.g. preparation, coordination, manufacturing engineering, logistics, DAHER departments) to ensure timely delivery of information, engineering solutions, parts, tools, and aircraft access


• Follow-up of all open points for the assigned aircraft daily and update the status in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD, etc.


• Ensure timely closure of all points to meet the green targets defined by the customer and internal EOW (end of work) goals


• Report on the progress of open points to customers, customer interface, and FAL (via email, daily meetings, direct communication, etc.)


• Prepare and present the aircraft handover presentation

Your qualification

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred)


• You have experience in the technical coordination of aircraft, particularly with regard to storage and de-storage procedures


• You have proven experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management, and Airbus experience would be a strong advantage


• You communicate confidently in English; knowledge of another language (especially German or French) would be an advantage


• You demonstrate excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and have a dynamic, independent, and flexible mindset


• You are a team player who is focused on delivering excellent customer service


• You possess strong leadership and management skills and can motivate and coordinate teams effectively
